Technical and Operations Director
With a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA, she has over 14 years of experience in human resources and temporary work in multinational companies, assuming leadership roles since 2016. At TalentShift, she leads operations with a focus on agility, innovation, and proximity, driving solutions that connect the right talent to the right challenges. She is driven by a passion for people, process efficiency, and the real impact that talent can have on organizations.

Cristina Nunes
Receptionist
With around 20 years of experience in reception and administrative support, Cristina has a solid professional background both nationally and internationally. Known for her friendliness, organization, and attention to detail, she is the first face of TalentShift, ensuring a professional and welcoming service to all who visit us.
